Khloe Kardashian Poses For PETA

Khloe Kardashian is the newest spokes model for the PETA "Fur? I'd Rather Go Naked" ad campaign. The the ad is also the newest billboard on Melrose Avenue in Hollywood.



PETA showed Khloe some videos of how fur garments are made and this was her response: "The videos are so graphic but they are so necessary for people to watch. I'm so grateful that I did get the opportunity to see them. I had no idea that's how these animals are treated."

Anti-Olsen Twins Campaign By PETA

PETA has launched an anti Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen website and Myspace page to express their distaste for the former Full House stars use of fur. The Olsens have two clothing lines both of which use fur in the new collection. Both stars have been seen wearing fur coats and other animal made accessories. After repeated pleas to stop the use of fur by PETA, the girls continue to keep their clothes the same.



The PETA website is set on ruining the reputation of the twins and discouraging customers from supporting them. The website describes the girls as Hairy-Kate, and Trashley Trollsen with a scary caricature of the twins.

Eva Mendes Poses Nude For PETA

Starting next week you can see Eva Mendes naked everywhere. The star has shot an ad for PETA where she is completely nude covering herself with just her hands with a slogan saying "Fur? I'd rather go naked". The ad was shot by photographer, Don Flood and are going to be posted all over New York next week.

Christina Applegate Poses For PETA

Christina Applegate decided to be the new nude model PETA. This advertisement is urging people to stop buying fur for the holiday season. In the photograph Applegate is wearing only a pair of red gloves with green cuffs. The slogan on the bottom of the ad reads: "Cross cruelty off your shopping list by avoiding fur coats, collars and cuffs (unless its fake fur of course)."

Christina Applegate became a vegetarian when she was a teenager on the set of Married With Children. She decided one day that she could not eat something that was once alive. The new PETA ad will be used for a Christmas E-card this holiday season.

Dita Von Teese Poses in Racy Ad for PETA

Dita Von Teese has partnered with PETA in a campaign designed to raise awareness about animal overpopulation. The sexy ads hope to encourage people to have their pets spayed or neutered.

The burlesque entertainer is well known for aligning herself with humanitarian causes; Dita has been involved with several AIDS campaigns and uses her sex appeal to bring attention to important issues.
