Natalie Portman Walks The Red Carpet In France

Star Wars princess, Natalie Portman, was at the premiere of Blindness at the Cannes Film Festival in France. Portman was honoured as a member of the jury for the festival where she was wearing a short, strapless, purple dress by Lanvin. Love her choice of shoes!

Natalie Portman's New Romance

Star Wars actress, Natalie Portman, has been seen around the streets of New York with a new bearded man. Apparently, Portman has fallen for folk singer and songwriter Devendra Banhart, who is known for his mass amounts of hair and mellow music.

The two hooked up during the filming of Banhart's new video for his single, 'Carmensita', which Natalie is part of.

The Other Boleyn Girl Premiere

Scarlett Johansson and Natalie Portman walked the red carpet yeaterday for the premiere of their new movie, The Other Boleyn Girl. The premiere took place at the Berlinale Flim Festival in Germany.

Scarlett Johansson wore a pink, full skirted dress with fishnet stockings. Natalie Portman wore a tight lacy dress with royal blue scarf detailing.

Natalie Portman Designs Vegan Shoes

Star Wars actress Natalie Portman has joined forces with New York Shoe label Te Casan to design vegan friendly shoes. Portman, who has been an animal lover and vegetarian most of her life, will not be using leather, fur or feathers for these shoes. But we are sure they are going to be fabulous from the picture of her wearing red patent Mary Janes.

You can pre-order these shoes on Te Casan's website starting January 15th, but they will not be officially for sale until February 2008.

One pair of Portman's shoes goes for about $200, with 5% of the proceeds going to charity.
