Gossip Girl's Jessica Szohr was in charge of shoes this holiday season, where she led the holiday drive to donate footwear to the poor. Piperlime asked the popular tv star to help out Soles4souls charity, and she couldn't refuse.

Fergie For Brown Shoes

Fergie previewed her new line of shoes for Brown's last week in Las Vegas at the WSA Show. The Fergie shoes are scheduled to be in stores for Spring of 2009.

Musicians Collaborate For Converse

The Converse century celebration is promoting new music with a collaboration between Pharrell Williams, N.E.R.D, Santogold, and Julian Casablancas (The Strokes). The result? A song called "My Drive Thru", which will be available online for free digital download at http://www.converse.com/ starting Tuesday June 10.



The three musicians have also participated in a music video for the popular shoe brand which will air in the summer time. The advertisements for the music and Converse shoes are called "Three Artists, One Song" and will feature the three artists on the drive thru song as well as other emerging musical talent. Other artists include, MGMT, Bradford Cox of Deerhunter, Atlas Sound, YACHT, Kid Sister, Eleanor Friedberger of The Firey Furnaces, Frank Carter of Gallows, Does It Offend You, Yeah?, and Sophie of Care Bears on Fire.

Paris Hilton Shoe Collection

Paris Hilton unvelied her new footwear collection at Macy's South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California on February 8th. Paris says, "Paris Hilton Footwear is perfect for the fashion-forward young woman who wants to look and feel great from head-to-toe without spending a fortune." The new shoe collection has a signature pink sole and a heart shaped cushion for comfort and style.

Natalie Portman Designs Vegan Shoes

Star Wars actress Natalie Portman has joined forces with New York Shoe label Te Casan to design vegan friendly shoes. Portman, who has been an animal lover and vegetarian most of her life, will not be using leather, fur or feathers for these shoes. But we are sure they are going to be fabulous from the picture of her wearing red patent Mary Janes.

You can pre-order these shoes on Te Casan's website starting January 15th, but they will not be officially for sale until February 2008.

One pair of Portman's shoes goes for about $200, with 5% of the proceeds going to charity.
